Adelaide
Adelaide’s journey to wellness began surprisingly with the academic scrutiny of it. After confronting her own doubts head-on, she began building a life-long practice intent on finding balance, discipline, and wholeness. Her training in Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais lit a passion for stillness and self-care. Teaching others mindfulness meditation, impulse control, and creative visualization has given Adelaide the invaluable gift of curiosity within the present moment.
