Between the all-nighters and hectic balances of social and work life, we understand how the college flow can be extremely stressful. That’s why this program was designed by college students, for college students.
Our data reports that college students are more physically productive when a holistic approach to health is integrated into their routine. As a result of this, we personalized a school-week schedule assigning one of our video lessons for each part of your day – morning, afternoon and night – to help you find balance to make your life easier. Expect a peaceful week of mindfulness, yoga and self-care practices designed to give your busy mind a break!
HOW TO USE:
We recommend that you complete these 5-10 minute classes within the program’s time frame, on any given school Monday through Friday school week. Return to this program any time you are in need of a quick yet effective wellness boost.
