We invite everyone at GSHNJ to try this curated program in order to commence the journey to a well-rounded sense of well-being. This month, we challenge you to complete these 20 effective wellness practices, even if it's just for a few minutes a day. These classes are designed to target all aspects of our lives to strengthen our mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and social wellbeing. Having a well-rounded approach to wellness is key in managing stress, getting in shape, and giving your body the rest it needs.
