In partnership with HMRI, we invite you to try this curated program in order to commence the journey to a well-rounded sense of well-being. This month, we challenge you to do at least one class a day, even if it's just for a few minutes. Practicing holistic wellness targets all aspects of our lives to strengthen our mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and social wellbeing. Having a well-rounded approach to wellness is key in managing stress, getting in shape, and giving your body the rest it needs. Looking for more? GET ACTIVE AT HOME - While everyone is spending more time at home, it can be hard to have the motivation to stay active. At Caravan, we have curated the perfect at-home workout solution with strengthen training, yoga, pilate & barre classes that are quick (10-min average) yet extremely effective. These videos can be easily incorporated into your daily routine as a way to reap the benefits of physical exercise.
