Practicing holistic wellness targets all aspects of our lives to strengthen our mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, and social wellbeing. GET ACTIVE AT HOME - While everyone is spending more time at home, it can be hard to have the motivation to stay active. At Caravan, we have curated the perfect at-home workout solution with strengthen training, yoga, pilate & barre classes that are quick (10-min average) yet extremely effective. These videos can be easily incorporated into your daily routine as a way to reap the benefits of physical exercise.
