Sleep is an essential function and plays a key part in our lives and wellbeing. Sleeping allows your body and mind time to regenerate and recharge. Adopting consistent sleep practices positively influences your physical and emotional health in addition to brain function, emotions, weight. For the month of August, we invite you to join us for 20 days of relaxation practices before bed. Give yourself the gift of rest and let's make ourselves a priority!
